COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Remember to keep frozen 0°F until you’re ready to cook. Do not thaw, cook only from frozen. And for optimal food safety and quality, please be sure to follow these cooking instructions: CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Preheat oven to 400°F. Coat baking pan with a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking. Place frozen fish in a single layer on the pan and bake for 20–25 minutes. Turning halfway through baking. GRILL INSTRUCTIONS: On low heat, preheat grill until the temperature reaches 350°¬F. Fold a long piece of foil in half 2 times, and place on grill. Lightly oil/grease the foil. Place frozen fish skin side up and grill for 20-23 minutes; gently turning every 4-5 minutes to avoid burning. NOTE: Since appliances vary, be sure to cook to a minimum temperature of 155°F before enjoying! Use care not to overcook. WARNING: While every effort has been made to remove bones from this product, some bones may remain. Please use caution when consuming.
