TEXMATI WHITE RICE
Directions
Bring 1 3⁄4 cups of water to a boil. Add ½ teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil, if desired. Stir in 1 cup of rice. Cover with lid; reduce heat to low and simmer 15 minutes. Remove from heat and let stand (covered) 5 minutes Fluff with a fork and serve.
