Directions
Makes about 14 cookies. You will need: 1/3 cup butter or margarine softened* (not melted); 1 egg. 1. Heat: Heat oven to 350 degrees F or 325 degrees F for nonstick pan. Stir Cookie Mix, softened butter and egg in a medium bowl until dough forms. 2. Drop: Drop dough by about 2 tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Makes about 14-15 cookies. 3: Bake: Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely; store in airtight container. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Bake 12-14 minutes. Grams of dry mix per serving and number of cookies may vary depending on how you measure. * To soften butter directly from refrigerator, microwave on High 10-15 seconds. Do not eat raw cookie dough.
