Directions
Suggested Cooking Instructions: Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a pan. Add 1 lb. diced chicken and stir-fry until lightly brown. Add 13 oz of sauce from the jar and refrigerate remaining contents. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, add water if sauce is too thick, until chicken is cooked. Alternatively use cottage cheese or tofu. Serve with rice or naan. Storage Instructions: Some oil separation may occur, shake well before use. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days and by best before date. Do not consume after the best before date.
