Chicken & Vegetable Potstickers: Contains wheat, soy, sesame.
Microwave: Heat From Frozen: 1. Place 5 frozen potstickers in a microwave-safe dish and cover with hot water. 2. Microwave on high (Based on a 1200 watt microwave) for 5-6 minutes. Drain. Careful, water will be hot! 3. Brown, if desired. See boil and brown instructions below. Skillet: Heat from Frozen: 1. Add 1 tbsp. oil to a non-stick skillet, coat skillet evenly. 2. Place frozen potstickers in a single layer, flat-side down, leaving space between potstickers. 3. Add water (see chart below). Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer on medium-high heat for 8 minutes. 4. Uncover. Continue to heat until water has evaporated and bottoms of potstickers are lightly browned. Do not move potstickers while browning. Recommended: Skillet Size 8 inch; Water 1/2 cup. Skillet Size 10 inch; Water 2/3 cup. Skillet Size 12 inch; Water 1 cup. Boil & Brown: Heat from Frozen: Traditional Method: 1. Bring 8 cups of water to a boil. 2. Add frozen potstickers and stir. 3. Boil for 8 minutes. Drain. Brown if desired. To Brown: (optional). 1. Add 1 tbsp. oil to a non-stick skillet. Turn heat to medium. 2. Place boiled potstickers flat-side down and heat until golden brown. To Prepare Sauce: Remove sauce packet; place packet in warm water to thaw. Follow these heating instructions. Heating appliances vary in power; adjust heating times as necessary. These instructions are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to use. Store unused potstickers in resealable container in freezer. Caution: Product will be hot. Perishable. Keep frozen.
