Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 63 degrees C (145 degrees F). Remove product from packaging. If froze, thaw product prior to cooking. To thaw, place product in refrigerator for 24 hours, or in cold water for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Grill: Place on grill for 20 to 25 minutes on low, turning 2 to 3 times. Remove from grill and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Oven: Preheat oven to 204 degrees C (400 degrees F). Preheat frying pan on medium-high. Add 1/2 tbsp (7.5 mL) of vegetable oil to hot frying pan. Remove product from packaging and place into the pan and sear each side for about 2 minutes. Place seared product on foil-lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 5 minutes before serving. Appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Previously frozen for your protection, keep refrigerated or freeze.
