Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards) utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry cook meat or poultry thoroughly keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Skillet: pre-heat skillet to medium/high. Heat slices while turning them every minute to ensure uniform browning. When desired browning is achieved, remove slices from skillet and drain on paper towels. Bake: Place separated strips on rack in shallow pan. Bake about 12 minutes at 400 degrees F. No turning necessary. Microwave: Place bacon slices between paper towels on paper plate. Cook on high power. 2 slices: 1-2 min., 4 slices: 2½-3 min. Keep refrigerated below 40 degrees F at all times.
