Cook frozen patty 6 to 9 minutes on one side or until the juices come to the surface. Turn and cook 5 to 7 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. In The Frying Pan for Medium Well: Place frozen patty in preheated fry pan over medium-high heat and cook 6 minutes then turn and cook for 3 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. Under The Broiler For Medium Well: Cook frozen patty in preheated broiler for 9 minutes or until 160 degrees internal temperature. Keep frozen.
