Place frozen fillets on a microwave-safe plate. 2. Microwave uncovered on high. 1 fillet for 1.5 to 2 minutes. 2 fillets for 2.5 to 3 minutes. 3. Do not overheat. Let stand 1 minute before serving. Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen fillets in a single layer in basket. 3. Heat for 6 minutes and flip. 4. Continue heating another 6 minutes or until heated through.
