Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Meatballs: Portion into 2oz balls, 350 degrees F for 20-22 minutes in the oven. Patties: Portion into 4 oz patties, 3-4 minutes per side on a high temperature grill or 3-4 minutes per side on a pre-oiled skillet over medium heat. Crumbles: Evenly crumble, 8-10 minutes on a pre-oiled skillet over medium-high heat stirring constantly. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Previously handled frozen for your protection.
