KEEP FROZEN UNTIL READY TO USE Prep Time: 15 minutes Bake Time: 55 minutes Makes 12 servings (1 square each) Ingredients: 1 box refrigerated pie crust, softened as directed on pkg. 1 pkg. Jimmy Dean Sausage Skillets 6 eggs, beaten 1-1/2 cups milk 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper. Stovetop 1. Preheat oven to 375F. Open skillets package and remove cheese pouch, set aside. 2. Spray bottom and sides of a 13x9 inch baking pan with cooking spray. On a lightly floured surface, unroll and stack crusts on top of each other. Roll to a 16x12 in rectangle. Fit crust into pan, pressing firmly into corners and sides. Flute top of crust if desired. 3. Sprinkle Skillets mixture evenly over crust. Beat eggs, milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Open cheese pouch and stir into egg mixture. Pour over ingredients in pan. 4. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting in 12 squares to serve.
