Bake: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spread frozen tenders on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes. Pan Saute: Heat vegetable oil (1/8inches) in skillet until hot. Fry tenders in the hot oil over medium heat 10 minutes, turning over after 5 minutes. Tenders should be golden brown on both sides Not recommended. Keep frozen.
