Stir Fried Collards:16 oz. Glory Fresh Collard Greens (rinsed and hard stems removed), 4 garlic cloves, peeled and chopped, 1 Tbsp. olive oil,1 tsp. seasoning salt,1 medium onion, sliced thin, 1/2 Tbsp. sugar, 1/2 green and red bell pepper, sliced thin,1/4 Tbsp. pepper, 1 Tbsp. tamari. Saute onion, peppers and garlic in oil over medium heat for 5 minutes or until just soft. Add Glory Fresh Collard Greene turn heat up to medium-high. Add seasoning salt, sugar, pepper and tamari, cook for 5-7 minutes or until desired consistency. Serve hot over rice or alone as a side dish. Recipe can be halved. Perishable. Keep refrigerated.
