Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed meat and/or poultry. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Preparation Guide: Thawing Instructions: Thaw packaged turkey breast in refrigerator 1-2 days. Do not open bag until ready to cook. Or for faster thawing packaged turkey breast in sink with cold water. Drain and replace with fresh cold water every 30 minutes allow 1/2-hour per pound to thaw. Refrigerate after thawing. Do not thaw at room temperature. Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Place turkey breast on a rack in swallow pan, skin side up, and baste and season if desired. Loosely cover with foil. 3. Roast at 350 degrees F. Remove foil after 1 hour of cooking. 4. Continue to roast at 350 degrees F using the time chart below, and until meat thermometer inserted into the thickest part of breast, not touching any bone, registers 165 degrees F. Juices should run clear. 5. Let turkey breast stand 15 minutes before serving. Estimated Cook Time: Weight (lbs); 1 1/2 to 2 1/4 thawed (hours). 6-8; 2 1/4 to 3 1/8 thawed (hours). For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Perishable. Keep frozen.
