Keep frozen. Stove Top Cooking: For each 8 oz or 1 cup frozen vegetables, heat 1/2 cup water to boiling. Place frozen vegetables in boiling water and add 1/4 teaspoon salt. Bring to a second boil. Reduce heat, cover and cook gently 5 to 7 minutes. Do not overcook. Drain. Season to taste. Microwave Instructions: Place vegetables in microwave casserole. Add 2 tablespoons water and cover. Microwave on High power for 6 to 8 minutes. Stir after first half of cooking period. Season to taste. Stir, cover and allow to stand a few minutes before serving. Microwave ovens vary. Heating time may require adjustment.
