Cook thoroughly. Cooking Instructions: Thaw product prior to cooking. Skillet: Heat nonstick skillet to medium to low. Add sausage. Cook 12-16 minutes until cooked through and browned, turning links once. Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place sausage on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cooked through and browned, turning links once. For food safety, cook thoroughly to a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer. Previously handled frozen for you protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated. Perishable.
