Directions

Directions: Position so that the elevated arch rests against inside edge of your shoe. To keep the insole securely in place, remove the protective film from the adhesive dot on the bottom of the insole. Then press the insole firmly into the shoe. Always wear your Profoot Orthotics in both shoes.
