Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cooking Instructions: Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). BBQ (For best results): Cook in pre-heated barbecue on medium-high heat for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs. Frying Pan: Cook over medium-high heat in a non-stick fry pan for 4 to 6 minutes, turning occasionally with tongs. Oven: Preheat oven to broil. Cook on a foil-lined baking sheet (makes for easier clean up) for 4 to 6 minutes, turning once or twice with tongs. Individual appliances vary; these are guidelines only. Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated.
