Microwave in the bag or cook on stovetop! Spinach Preparation Directions Microwave: Pierce bag with fork. Microwave high 2-3 minutes or until tender. Let stand 1 minute. Lift from corners of bag. Cook time may vary. Caution bag content will be very hot. Steam: Place steamer or basket into pot over about 1/2 inch water. Add spinach to steamer. Cover tightly and heat to boiling. Reduce heat and steam about 3-4 minutes or until tender. Saute: Heat 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add spinach and a pinch of salt. Stir 2 to 2-1/2 minutes on medium heat until just wilted. Perishable/keep refrigerated. For freshest taste, use within 2 days of opening and keep refrigerated in this breathable bag.
