Cooking Instructions: Bake directly from frozen - no need to thaw! Achieve the best results in the oven. Microwave or stovetop ore not recommended. 1. Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Remove frozen fish from wrapper and place on a foil-lined baking sheet. 3. Bake for 22-24 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Complete Your Meal: Complement with a fresh quinoa, tomato and basil salad. Add olive oil-dressed, parboiled potatoes to the some baking sheet. Saute a side of bite-sized asparagus and garnish with lemon zest. Keep frozen.
